The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I had a room on the road side but the windows blocked all the noise so no issues at all. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are modern and clean. Very comfy bed and pillows. Great tea and coffee selection in the room. Dimmable lights in the room and night light in bathroom. The location was very handy for walking into Romsey.

Our room was overlooking the main road so at times was very noisy, I think one of the garden rooms would have been better. We invited friends to join us for a meal the first night. The menu is not extensive and one of our guests asked for a very simple swap. Two meals came with salads. I believe one was Ceaser Salad and the other was Greek. All she wanted was to put the chicken snitzel with the different salad but they refused and gave no reason. For that reason we chose to eat out for the rest of our stay with the other friends we had come down to meet up with. Also my husband was poorly for two of the days we were down there. I mentioned it in passing a few times (like when I had breakfast on my own and dinner and he didn't come with me) but not once did the staff ask if there was anything they could do to help or if he was ok.

The room was very well equipped, spotless and fully replenished every day. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was first rate. I would highly recommend the Inn and will stay again.

Rooms superb and clean as usual had our young grandson's on camp beds in the super king room another £40 for the 2 nights

The bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous very smart and modern, lovely touches like toiletries and slippers, also fresh milk and water and the coffee machine. Food in evening and morning lovely quality. Excellent location. Good car park.

The corridor is a bit noisy with bottles being wheeled back and forth, the bathroom absolutely boiling, heating too high with no controls in the room, no salmon at breakfast and on second day breakfast buffet was a bit slow to be replenished with food, juices and crockery, so no plates and bowls.
