The appartment was great with a good view on the water of leith. The pictures make the appartment look a little bit smaller than the picture, but it was really great!

The location looking over the Water of Leith. Nice furnishigs; comfortable bed. Immediate response by staff to my complaints e.g. lack of instructions for any appliance esp. the TV which I eventually got to work but whose working remained a mystery.

The outside of the building is a bit scruffy and the corridor leading to the front door is essentially underground but that doesn't detract from the quality of the flat litself. I did find the windows a bit daunting (on spring mechanism) and the view from living room windows wld be improved by having double glazing replaced.

Well furnished and equipped flat. Light, bright and clean. Great location in a quiet area.
