Sunshine Tiny Studio and Loft Close to Downtown

just great, clean, tidy, hostess is more than fantastic. A great little place to stay with no frills. Coffee there, refer, stove dishes, just a smaller version of home. Bring what little you need, most of the rest is provided.

Parking is tight. Someone parked in our spot. I was not about to go knocking doors to find out which rude person thought it was ok to park in a designated spot, so I ran an errand and luckily, they were gone when I returned. My truck only fits in 2 parking places at this property, D, or 11. so it was irritating, but it resolved itself. I was on a mini Vaca, So I didn't want to deal with such issues.

We loved our stay here! the house was so cute and had everything we needed. It was easy to check in and check out, and the location was so central to everything we wanted to do! The murphy bed is super easy to set up but they also have a detailed book of instructions.

No major issues but it would have been nice to have a water filter of some sort for drinking water and a thicker comforter/more blankets on the murphy bed as it was a bit cold. The parking space is at a bit of an awkward angle. It would have been nice to have some instructions for working the stove top as it took us a while to figure out. Overall, wonderful stay!

Not much around the location for food/groceries etc.

I liked the amenities. Didn't want to stay in a hotel because I really wanted to make breakfast before we went out and explored the central coast. TV was huge, has microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge...the essentials to make it feel like home. The best part was it was pet friendly.

Bath tub, just wasn't feeling it.

The stay was cute!

The surrounding area was a little nerve wracking as it was by a cemetery. It wasn’t super easy to find on the maps!

The tiny house was adorable. It was clean and comfortable. We loved it!!

This property was grossly misrepresented!

It was an old trailer park. OLD! People lurking around in the dark corners. I did not feel safe. If there were any problems who would be on site to deal with issues like the very first issue we had?

Cleanliness

Bedsheets missing for one bed, owner not directly reachable, gas range was not working and owner answering all qtns thru msgs, no washer dryer but was advertised, very expensive but less facilities.
