Sunshine Tiny Studio and Loft Close to Downtown

Loved this place. Great location, comfy and cute. Facilities were clean. Host stayed in contact with me the whole time, in case anything was needed. Had what we needed and once wifi worked streaming was great. Would stay here again.

Loved it but want to be honest. With that said the carpet under bed was dirty and smelled like dog. Wifi was not working first night. Stove pilot was turned off, but no instructions to turn back on. Until I contacted host, had to borrow a lighter from resident neighbor next door. Parking was tight due to neighbors parking where they shouldn't have. We had a busy Sat and Sun morning, unfortunately same neighbors who parked were they shouldn't have didn't respect the 10 pm rules. They were loud and outside till 3 am. I would stay here again, just be prepared.

The complimentary coffee was nice. The location, close to my work was convenient. It was well shaded.

The cleaning solution used in the unit was nauseating; it was too strong. The unit had a 'height limit' due to the shorter shower and loft bed.

I liked the set up it was really nice

The rug on the porch kept getting in the way when trying to open the door.

The tiny home was really fun, a great value and a really good location. There was parking and we loved the deck. For being so small, it had all the amenities we needed. I was walking distance to a breakfast spot, next door to a thrift shop and a mile from SLO Public Market and a Trader Joes.

I wish I had known there was no change machine in the laundry room and I had to scramble for quarters. I could have used a bath mat and a kitchen towel.

Super comfortable beds, sparking clean and every convenience there to make one feel at home. From kitchen appliances, coffee and creamer, to a hairdryer. Parking included and peaceful, quiet surroundings. Tessa is a super host who even included a folder of things to do in the area.

Nothing to not like.
