Wingate by Wyndham Butte City Center

Breakfast was good. Beds and pillows comfortable.

1 elevator fir whole building. Have us room farthest away from elevator and when we opened the door there were people in there. They ended up giving us a room on 1st floor but the usb plugs and the air/ac didnt work right. Stuffy. No soap or tp had to go get it. Then when we came back for shopping our keys didnt work. Neither one. So wonder if they screwed up and gave someone our room. We didn't feel our stuff was safe there, so it was a stressful stay. I was there in business so made it extra hard.

The main door has a ledge when coming in making it hard for luggage cart up/down. Murky water in pool. So cloudy kids couldn’t see bottom of pool with goggle on. Breakfast 6-9am and by 8:30 they were out of items and not replenishing till close time. Was ridiculous! We stayed here for the breakfast and pool and were disappointed in both. Cold shower last half on Sunday morning.

The room was nice and clean and convenient, no problem.

Parking lot might get full so good luck. We had no breakfast because 'We're out of breakfast'! I've never seen that in my life travelling accross the globe, not even in countries like Laos or Lebanon during crisis, but somehow this hotel by Wyndham successfully ran out of food, insane.
