"A great base to explore Port Barton"

The property is simple but clean and in a great location. We really enjoyed sitting on our patio when it rained! Mik is very friendly and helpful and was one of the sweetest hosts we’ve ever had anywhere!

The room / bathroom is small and a little dated, and the aircon was very noisy.

"Sweet little spot"

Perfect spot along the main strip, but far enough along that the street isn't too busy or noisy outside. Cute little room, all you really need! Staff were super friendly (Mick especially was super sweet) and place was overall well clean and well kept (we loved the little free snacks and coffee always available).

"Great option in Port Barton"

Nay Carmen was the perfect place for us to stay. We dealt mostly with Meeh and she was really freindly and helpful with anything we needed. It is very close to the beach and the centre of town. The free breakfast is basic but definitely adequate, and they have an honesty system on the fridge for drinks which were all well priced. We had two rooms as a family and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff was great, we loved the free breakfast and all the bits and pieces that were in the communal kitchen area. Easy to do the washing. The staff was great and always helpful. The Wifi worked well

The room is tiny and the air conditioning really noisy

The young girl and guy that run the place are very kind and helpful.

Not really much to not like, there floors are in a need of some maintenance but other than that it was perfect.

Love the pantry.

There were times when the next door neighbor (a bar) was partying even past 12. The hosts were kind enough to provide earplugs tho.

"Exceptional"

Very nice reception and welcome. 24//7 Coffee and Tea. Breakfast included with a variety of beverages for sale (cheap). I had my own porch/balcony that was nice. Very clean and peaceful feeling. I would book again!

"SPOT ON!"

Liked it so much, stayed extra day, really good feel to the place and staff super helpful and friendly. Free snacks and coffee / tea all day. I recommend knowing there will be no disappointment.
