We would like to clarify that the front desk staff and the technician were both accommodating and helpful, and we truly appreciate their assistance. However, the person we have been communicating with through Booking.com messages, who speaks in Tagalog, has not been helpful and does not seem to fully understand our concern. The responses we received were unclear and, at times, inappropriate. We hope this feedback will be taken constructively and that communication moving forward will be more professional and focused on resolving the issue. Thank you.

We are reaching out for assistance because the air conditioner is not cooling and is displaying a “P4” error on the LED screen. Instead of helping us resolve the issue, we were told that perhaps we used the AC too much. We find this response inappropriate and unhelpful. For your information, we only return to the room at night after spending the day outside exploring the city. However, even if we chose to use the air conditioner the entire day, that is within our right as paying guests. We booked and paid for this accommodation with the expectation that all listed amenities, including a properly functioning air conditioner, would be available. We are simply asking for proper assistance and a professional response. Please address this matter promptly and ensure that your staff communicates respectfully with guests. Thank you.
