PWL Condotel in front of Terminal 3

Pool was lovely although closed the 2nd day. Location ok but not as close as booking.com implies, about 20mins in a cab rather than opposite airport

Pool Not available 2nd day. No advice given on 1st night re changing area so receptionist shouted at us for our wet feet. Bed was hard and spare beds not made up. Security needs attention as our door was ajar when we woke up, but nothing appeared to be missing unitl we checked our money after a few days and realised we were approx 20000 pesos short. Since this was the start of our 1st trip to Phillipines, we were extra cautious and know our door was definitely locked when we retired to bed. Have messaged to report the incident but did not get any help even though they allegedly have cctv.

It is close to NAIA Terminal 3 (walking distance thru the bridge). I like that it is cheap yet the room looke exactly as the photos.

There were some small roaches in the morning. But probably not bescause it is not well maintained. Probably bec of the building itself.

Peachy our host was incredibly helpful and kind. She is truly the value of this accommodation

Close to the airport

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, I found it warm, the air conditioning was not turned on. Despite arriving around 7:30 PM, the room was not prepared, had a musty smell, likely from the mold in the air conditioning. The bedding appeared unchanged, smelling of staleness, indicating it had been used before. I reported this to the reception, but they didn't provide fresh bedding, claiming I should contact the owner. Despite my efforts, the owner did not respond, and I never received fresh bedding. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and unresponsive service made for a subpar experience. Additionally, the air conditioning was excessively loud and inefficient in cooling the room

Very good safe location to stay for 1 night near the airport. Drinkable water was there for free. Self check-in in the lobby was very convenient for late arrival. The communication with the host was very smooth.

The apartment wasn't very clean - there were dust, dirty dishes. Also, bugs came to say "hi" from the corners.

Proximity to MNL airport, easy check-in, well furnished.

Close to terminal 3 with walking distance. The host is friendly
