"Mostly excellent, few areas could be better."

clean, lots of space in rooms, location, car parking, nice beds. overall quality is better than most.

when staying in rooms near the kitchen it is very noisey, as the door acccess is opposite. upstairs rooms are quieter. food is not good value especially and limited. not many rooms so often full.
