Elegant 3BR Garden Flat - Steps from Central Oxford

Very nicely designed and furnished, compact but comfortable. Great park and footpath at the end of the street led to a pleasant walk into town or a scenic path along the river Thames. A nice quiet street, but close to the bustle of Oxford. Our contact, Cristian, was easy to reach and very responsive.

No fault of the flat, but the bridge closure complicated navigation a bit on arrival and departure - cab driver just had to detour. We walked everywhere during our stay, however, so no real problem for us.

It was really clean and stylish. I liked how all the bedrooms were equal sized and the layout of the property meant they all had privacy. Really simple to get into the property and the owners were amazing - great communication, made everything simple and really understanding.

No on street parking however the owners told us about a car park close by that was really cheap

Cozy, well equipped apartment with a nice garden and was an easy walk to main attractions in Oxford. Quiet neighborhood close to a couple nice restaurants and grocery store.

Very close the the centre ~ 25 min walk to the centre of Oxford. The appartement is of decent size with efficient design to make it a great place to gather as a group of 6 adults. Very quiet area, the parking close by is 2 min walking distance. The staff was very professional, polite and helpful when calling them. ***We would book Japandi again for short break in Oxford ***

Our very personal POV: we didn’t get how to control the temperature so it was a bit warm for our liking. The pull out bed in the garden room was a bit fiddly to open, as tall people we managed but smaller people would have struggled as the opening system was dysfunctional.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Japandi Escape. Upon check-in, the flat was super clean and neat. The location was perfect; we had walkable access to most of the attractions we wanted to visit, the Railway Station, Westgate Mall, and cafes and restaurants. The accommodation is well designed to be aesthetically pleasing, but at the same time, it was functional for everyday use, prepped with all the essentials, and more at high quality. Finally, I was also impressed by the hosts' hospitality; they promptly responded to our every inquiry and need and made us feel welcome throughout. Overall, this was great value for money.

Great and very responsive host! Very clean and nice apartment, had a wonderful stay. The shower was great and the facilities were great. The area is nice as well and you can walk to the city centre and the train station!

The coffee area is a bit low so if you are very tall that might be inconvenient, but I had no trouble! You can hear the other apartments a bit, it’s not really bothersome and it was still a great apartment that I would 100% book again!

Decore was great, small but has everything you need. Perfect for our work trip.

There was a problem with the drainage so the bathroom flooded into the living room and we had to use every towel in the place to try and sort it. The staff were lovely and went in and fixed it that afternoon. But it was challenging on a morning with 3 people showering before work at 5am!
