Deluxe Inner-City Apartment on Moray

Pretty much everything was great. I did get a long text on how to park, get lockbox, and I was a bit worried it was going to be annoying, but turned out super easy and convenient. Location was amazing.

The stair case going up to the bedroom was a little scary at first, but got used to it. One of the notes does say to use a dishwasher but there isn't acutally one there, not really an issue though. The stairs outside were really clean and tidy, no issues.

Very comfortable, stylish, modern apartment. Fully equipped and nicely furnished. Very clean. Generous outside space with partial views of the surrounding hills and heritage buildings. Central location.

There was some intrusive noise from the ventilation system of a neighbouring building. The shower was a bit temperamental.

Spacious and comfortable. We found the directions and parking instructions clear. As we did not have a large car the space was fine. It is a hike up 4 flights to access the apartment so would not be suitable for everyone. Also note that the internal steps to bedroom and bathroom also quite steep. Right in the centre of town so it was an easy walk to many restaurants and sites.

We stayed on a Wednesday Thursday and Friday night. On the Friday and Saturday nights we endured very loud music from a nearby venue which went to 2am.

The amount of stairs with no elevator wasn't mentioned...my mother is in mid 70s with bad back...4 flights with luggage not great. ..also parking was a nightmare

The location was good once we identified where we were - the arch way was awkward to see in rush hour city traffic. We paid for parking nearby to give us time to find the arch way and the key box and the relevant garage door

First time entry was complicated, key box, code, garage door, glass door to apartment entrance which is accessed by FOUR FLIGHTS OF EXTERNAL FIRE STAIRS OPEN TO ALL ELEMENTS - 54 stairs in all with luggage! You need to been strong and fit and this should be explained in the marketing. The parking is very narrow and use of a turntable is required - some people would not have the strength to push it. After finally entering the apartment, the bedroom and only toilet is by a flight of narrow, slippery steeps stairs - another 17! There is no dishwasher or dustbin on site, however there is a notice asking guests to use dishwasher before exit and dispose of rubbish, otherwise extra cleaning charges will be applied! The apartment itself is delightful, once we got settled in we enjoyed it.

Parking is exrtremely tight in anything but the smallest car and rather tricky in a small SUV, with a very narrow access drive and the need to use a turntable inside the garage. Apartment up 4 flights of (outside) stairs so be aware of this if you have heavy bags to take up!

Modern feel and its location

We were gutted to discover there were 4 flights of external stairs as the only access to the apartment. My partner is recovering from ankle surgery and it was extremely difficult to come and go from the apartment. Not happy there was no mention of needing to climb 4 flights of stairs until we got the instructions before check in a couple of days before - way too late to cancel the booking for no charge! It rained one day & stairs were slippery & covered in pigeon poo. The apartment itself was great, but we felt more honesty in the info given before booking should be provided - no internal or lift access should be clearly described up front.

Modern furnishing, fully equipped kitchen and good location.

We should have been informed openly and upfromt of the flight of stairs when introducing the property. We only know about the stairs later with checking in info. Secondly the TV is really small for such a big space. Low water pressure. And no bidet. Stairs is quite dangerous. We try to limit going up and down too much but difficult as we need to use the toilet upstairs.

Fantastic location - could hardly be closer to sights and supermarket. A real oasis in the city - peaceful and surprisingly quiet. Very comfortable and well appointed. Large outdoor balcony that feels like a patio. Parking is innovative and very secure - again amazing as it is so central. Not for people unable to climb the 4 external sets of stairs but fine for us.

If staying more than a night the rubbish set up is inconvenient. Only allows 1 bin of waste & 1 of recycling. Also need a solution to stop bird mess on outside stairs.
