NZHandy location, modern interior, nice views and lovely and sunny.
No underfloor heating in bathroom, no coffee pods for the coffee machine, no lift / the several sets of outdoor stairs to the entrance.
AUAUDescription to find the key. Perhaps add "driveway to the right of the Trustee Building. walk down under the arch". The four sets of stairs to access the apartment were a bit of a shock at first. Carrying my case up and down was a challenge.
