Location was very convinient, just 1 mins walking distance from tapovan main road

Just the room as it has the balcony and space. Only the Surinder bhaiya was the one who actually listened to our queries and provided any help he could.

1. There was no power during our stay. They do not have power backup as well which they didn't tell us upon arrival. 2. No water. There was some issue with the motor they were saying but actually if there is no power then how come they start their motor. They should have known better and stored water in advance if there was no generator facility. They then gave us a bucket of water on the third floor after 5 calls. 3. The uncle(Shankar Ji) at the reception was too rude. Not listening to our concerns. 4. The bed sheet and blanket were not clean. There were oil, lipstick stains on the sheets. 5. Out of only 2 bulbs, one bulb was not working which we highlighted as well but they didn't bother. Also, it doesn't matter as there was no power. The quick response was not there, you have to call many times to get their attention.

There was no water supply in washroom for the whole day and night...power supply was not there either..... generator supply was not there... commercial supply was intermittent and it's extremely painful stay and no facilities provided by hotel...there was no charging point beside the bed... practically nothing was available....overall horrible stay and I don't recommend it for anyone else
