The staff service and the hospitality is just shit ,no one will respond your call on reception,manager will ignore calls ,we asked for water and they denied for it ,they cut our electric supply in middle of the night ,tv was not working ,and they are so irresponsible towards their service ,the manager who was on duty ,his name was rahul and he was fully drunk and responded us ki bhejrha hu tv shi krwane and didn’t send anyone and he was only the guy we asked water and he denied ,pathetic very pathetic experience.

I liked dorm bed and good behavior of staff.

Swimming pool was little dirty.

The dorm was good but however there was no privacy. They should have curtains aside each bed
