Green Point Living with Stadium View

The place was very close to the stadium. It was also safe.

We only had one key to the place, there was 4 of us, we needed another set that I requested and never got. The cleaning lady didn't do a proper job on the sweeping and mopping, we cleaned ourselves in the evening and next day.

Cleanliness All the provisions they had : pots pans cutlery, glasses plates and bowls to dish Toilet paper blanket The living area was my favourite with the light coming in and the beautiful view Liked that they had a smart tv The rooms were so clean and comfortable too the overall experience was great Smooth check in and out it was nice and private and safe

Удобное местоположение, рядом Spar и Giovanni's, много кафе и ресторанов. Много посуды на кухне (кастрюли, сковородки, тарелки, стаканы и прочее)

Мы только приехали в Кейптаун, для нас это новый город (соответственно незнакомый город) и при заселении нам потребовалось ехать куда-то в другую часть города, чтобы забрать ключи!!! Никто из персонала не мог дождаться нас на месте либо привезти ключи!!! Это самый ужасный check-in, с которым я сталкивался! При этом дали всего 1 ключ на 3 человек - это очень неудобно! Приходилось спускаться вниз, чтобы впустить/выпустить друзей. При заселении нам сдали грязный номер - полы были грязные, как на улице, пыль протерта только по основным поверхностям. За 20 дней уборка приходила только 1 раз и тоже отвратительно убралась. Из 2 напольных вентиляторов ни один не работал. Вся переписка происходила по электронной почте! По электронной почте, Карл!!! В whatsapp отвечали редко и неохотно И это все при том, что апартаменты крайне недешевые! Соотношение цена-качество не соответствует реальности! И последнее - напротив этого апартамента живет собака, которая постоянно лает при входе/выходе. Это немного подбешивпло

The location is very good and close to restaurants and deli's.

The flat was in an area where a lot of construction was going on so tended to be a bit noisy at times. I also contacted the agents about a few issues in the flat that needed attention and was assured they would be dealt with but unfortunately they were not.

- place is dirty, behind chest of drawers, there is accumulation of dirt, in one room there is even unused tiles stored there - TV couldn't work for 4 of the 7 days - Hosts responses were bad, delayed and lacked information - Floor very dirty, once you walk on it after bathing , your feet become black - Couch broken, almost sitting on the floor - Fans not working

Location was good , security was good , staff were very helpful

The couch looked like it was about to fall apart and break in the middle , cigarette buds were on the outside landing , very dusty under the couches and some mould in the shower
