"Put some decent beds in the rooms with comfortable chairs and a tv and the place would be perfect."

The house looked amazing from the outside.

Up keep is poor outside. Rooms quite large but not a single chair in the room. No tv either. It was a hot night and a winter doona. Even the sitting areas upstairs did not have a single chair.
