L'emplacement est excellent et l'appartement est très spacieux. La gare est à 10 minutes donc ultra pratique. Christian notre hôte est tout simplement le meilleur. Il nous a aidé plusieurs fois pendant le séjour. Le top !

La Spezia est une ville donc il y a du bruit mais heureusement les fenêtres sont bien insonorisées.

Super beautiful and spacious apartment, located very close to the station. The owner is very sweet and kind and was there to welcome us when we arrived. He had also baked us some pastries and gifted us a wine bottle for our arrival :)

The shower would take some time to drain. I had to stop the shower from running in order for it to not overflow. Probably needs a drainage cleaning.

Mi-a placut foarte mult stilul apartamentului,ne-a oferit linistea de care am avut nevoie. Locatia este foarte aproape de gara ceea ce este foarte util.

Idéalement situé pour visiter les cinque terre, proche de la gare et dans un quartier avec toutes les commodités (restaurants, supermarchés etc.) Logement spacieux, calme et bien équipé. Parfait pour un séjour en mai. Notre hôte a été de très bon conseil avec de gentilles attentions à notre arrivée.
