"Nice and large apartment but the amenities and facilities were not upto a reasonable standard"

Large and spacious

No view - traffic and not soundproof- The central AC was worthless - very warm and did not cool down or stay cool - only got some relief on the last night with a fan - would not recommend for more than 1 night - not close to the sea either

Location. Short walk to old town. Outdoor space. Quiet area. Local coffee shop supermarket fruit shop etc.

Photos did not match the listing. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Couch was dirty and had what lookEd like dog hairs all over it. Floor was dirty, made our feet black.

Really clean apartment. Good location and can easily park the car just below the apartment. Safe area and clear instructions provided to reach the property.

To provide more cutleries to be able to use the kitchen. Did not provide enough shower gels for 5 nights. The bed mattress is too soft which was be uncomfortable for both of us.

"Disappointment not worth the cost"

The location is close enough to the old town to walk back and forth, and is within minutes from a couple of nice restaurants and bakery.

The jacuzzi was stagnant and did not feel safe to use. No cleaning supplies for guests to clean themselves and no/unreliable cleaning provided during the stay. Not even hand soap. The apartment is listed as nonsmoking, but when arrived for check-in the cleaners were smoking in it. No safe or lockbox as described. The parking is on the street and at your own risk, and not included or under the building as described.

"Disappointing apartment in lovely picturesque city"

20 minute easy walk from old city. Close grocery and simple restaurants. Comfortable bed.

Broken things, torn curtain, inoperable light. Check in was confusing, street parking only. Kitchen very basic with one sharp knife that had broken handle. No basic kitchen supplies like oil, vinegar salt pepper, sugar, paper towels. Certainly not “luxury” as name would imply.
