Where it was situated. Had to pick keys up on the opposite side of monopoli . Wasn’t luxury at all . Needed painting crockery was cracked . Terrible view .

Modern and clean

Kitchen tap was very wobbly. Rust in sink in bathroom. Rust at corner of hot tub. Mouldy covers on seating next to hot tub ( cleaners removed them for cleaning 10 minutes before we vacated ! ). Minimal supply of mugs and wine glasses. No washing up liquid supplied.

The interior design, deck and view of sea. Well locked entrance. Roberto was wonderful to pick up keys and go over contract and share local info.

Glasses and plates need to be upgraded… cracked dingy teacups, not a full set of wine glasses and no champagne glasses.
