Fiume Luxury Apartments near the SEA

A hirdetésben szereplő apartman és a tényleges lakás nem is egy épületben van. A kettő között pár száz métrer a távolság. A valóságban a városi stadion beton kerítésére néz az erkély, viszonylag nagy forgalmú kereszteződésben. A hűtő nem működött, a hibát jeleztük. Kaptunk írásbeli tanácsot, de használhatatlan volt. Öt éjszakát töltöttünk egy hibás hűtőjű szálláson.

The apartment was filthy, the floor had not been washed, and the wall behind my master bed was covered in Thick dust and cobwebs, furniture was stained, the shower hose was covered in mold, some of the lights didn't work. We booked this apartment to relax in the spa and look at the view but the spa or hot tub did not work as it wouldn't warm up so it was too cold to use. No coffee provided no coffee machine, we ran out of toilet paper, mismatched wine glasses etc. this apartment was promoted as luxury and it was far from luxury. The beds were so uncomfortable as the mattresses needed to be upgraded. Part of the view looked at industrial containers for oil or something. Very disappointing ...

gute Größe der Wohung-besonders gut waren die 2 Balkone, stabile Wohnungstür, gute Parkmöglichkeiten,

Kühlschrank war defekt, Geschirrr war etwas wenig ,Handtuchhaken fehlen im Bad,

Photographies très trompeuses qui ne correspondent pas à la réalité, de gros travaux devant l immeuble, pas de couettes il a fallu en demander pas de dosettes café pour dépanner extérieur table banc moisi :(!

Zarezerwowaliśmy ten apartament tylko ze względu na jacuzzi... niestety w dniu przyjazdu okazało się że nie działa i przez cały nasz pobyt 4 dni nie udało się naprawić😪

Apartment 22. Luxury it wasnt. Terrible location. Unwashed floors. Fridge that did not work. Had to collect keys from 2km from Apartmemt. Keys were not there and had to wait for person to provide keys. Key was poorly cut and took 5 minutes to access apartment block. We were booked for 3 nights and stayed 1.

Loved the view and loved the apartment. Great location.

The photos don’t show the true view. It is right on the water but there are industrial things in your view. It’s hard to get to the beach below. They need to equip the kitchen more because it was hard to cook with what they provided. They need to provide more basics like salt and pepper and some cooking spray and just basics.

Appartement propre avec une belle rénovation, vue sur la route et le stade, la mer est proche mais à côté d’une zone industrielle. Convient plutôt pour les voyages d’affaires ou les visites de la ville (environ 17 minutes jusqu’au centre, mais en passant par la zone industrielle

-Le fait de devoir aller chercher la clé loin de l'appartement (Comment font les gens sans voiture mais avec bagages ?) -le quartier peu agréable et plus éloigné du centre que ce qui était annoncé
