it was an emergency and they made me stay in a uncleaned room, there were signs of previous guests, especially in the bathroom.

Friendly staff Bed not too tiny

No hooks to hang the towel outside the bathroom, nor inside the bathroom. Why? Faucet at lobby CR is wobbly. Plumber needed. Basin in the room always clogged. There is no plumber to take action. Low cost A/C very loud for upper bank beds. No hook on lobby CR to hang the bag. No mirror on the lobby. No mirror inside bathrooms. Even small one. Nothing inside. Ventilation of rooms by window opening should be mandated, required, at least once day. For example, while cleaning. Wifi should reach inside all rooms. No music or sound from phones should be allowed while others inside the room. This should be clearly posted. A place to hang wet towers needed. Perhaps at the corridor with some hanger hook system. Bed is not big enough for people who measure more than 180cm.
