The two things this place has going for it are its location (15 minutes walk to BGC) and price (160ish PHP). The staff are friendly and mostly helpful. Free parking as well, though spots are limited for cars. The mattresses aren't great but serviceable. The sheets and towels are clean, though my towel was kind of on its last legs. Air con works well enough, window for fresh air. Every room has a fridge and microwave. The lockers are large with organizational shelving. It will fit any carry on size luggage but huge roller luggage bags won't fit. There's no water cooler but you can request hot water from the front desk. It's most likely boiled tap water, which is fine in Manila as long as the pipes aren't ancient and i don't think the building is that old. The airport isn't too far away. My grab took 30 minutes and cost 330 PHP from this accommodation at 4pm on a weekday. In spite of all the negatives, consider the ultra low price. For the price paid i can recommend it, as long as you are okay with the issues I mentioned. The are many locals and long term stays so if you're here for more than a night or two you'll definitely get to know some of the others, but it's not a party hostel. Go to mad monkey if you want that vibe.

No toiletries or toilet paper provided. The bathroom is very cramped, no place to put anything except on the toilet, no lock and the shower water is cold. There was a fellow in my room that had been staying for two months. While i was there he said the bathroom wasn't cleaned for 3.5 weeks in spite of constant requests by multiple people in the room. The lack of cleanliness attracts cockroaches. We had them in our bathroom and hiding in the dark storage lockers. They weren't on the beds or anything like that so more of a nuisance. The only common area is in the lobby and it's pretty limited, so don't plan on any kind of working space as seating is limited.

部屋のベッドやトイレやシャワーは新しくfrigeとmicrowaveもついていますが4.5畳の部屋に2段ベッドが2台置いてあるのでかなり狭いです。ただ安く泊まれるのとスタッフは親切なので、総合的にはいいかなと思います。

Cool room, secure cabinets you just have to buy locker , clean bedsheets and large table if ever you are working

The property is close to bgc, close to everything.

The staff we're very unprofessional, no receipt that is not hand written, Very uncomfortable trash bins inside the room, no daily clean out of room, Overall the stay was awful!!
