"A MISSED OPPORTUNITY"

Big, spacious room. It was really clean and complete with good wifi, in room entertainment. Good location, convenient and quite.

Things to improve include provide a sink or small kitchenette for guests to clean up their plates and glasses after used. We have to wash our plates outside the house or inside the toilet. The water heater in the room with the balcony have very loud noise when in used. Importantly, communication between host ang guests can be improve, add human touch..rather than just template. In instance, there were not even thank you when our deposit returned to guest. Also please note, the host mentioned they could hold your deposit RM100 for up to 24 hours which I think is too long. They should change the wording to "as soon as possible' after inspection and completion of housekeeping. Overall, the poor interaction and holding up our deposit potentially up to 24 hours spoil our experience here.
