lokasi dekat dengan bandar Alor Setar, , kebersihan sangat baik. Setiap hari ada staf datang bersihkan ruang hall di bawah.

speed wifi slow, menyebabkan siaran TV, Utube selalu terganggu. Terpaksa guna Mobile Hotspot sendiri bila menonton Utube. Tekanan air di bilik mandi (Shower) agak rendah. Bantal terlalu lembut, amat tidak selesa. Tidak ada singki di ruang hall bawah, terpaksa mencuci tangan di toilet bilik tidur.
