Location great, very quiet. Clean throughout. Loved the little touches, like complimentary bag (lovely idea) and although we brought our own there was tea coffee sugar etc.

"Great location, nice area"

We liked the location which is very close to the harbour/town in a nice location. Having a designated car parking space. Clean kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable bed. View of the abbey from the living room window.

We didn’t realise that there were about 22 steps to the apartment from the car park. The front garden needed tending, the grass was very long. The back garden would benefit from a table and chairs.

Really close to the centre of Whitby.

Whilst a great location, the car park space is really tight and wouldnt fit anything bigger than a small SUV. As a result, we had to find road parking which was tricky given the town was so busy and made it a pain to load and unload the car. Also, there was a really awful smell in the property, especially the middle level and coming from one of the bedrooms. We came home early just because we couldn't stomach it anymore. There was a fair bit of dog poo in the garden, so children didn't go out. Sadly, the people staying in the property next door were particularly noisy, shouting and screaming all through our second night and kept my children awake.

"Fantastic property"

The location is fantastic and the facilities excellent. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds very comfortable. The showers were fantastic and having two bathrooms was a real bonus. The lounge area had great views of the Abbey, a dining area and plenty of seating, and a TV with lots of channels. In terms of location, the park, museum, town centre and all amenities are just a short walk away. The surrounding area is clean, safe and quiet.

The only negative for me was that the parking space was far too tight for me, although that is to do with my lack of driving confidence more than anything, so we parked down at the harbour, a 5 minute walk away.
