Unit-A Gorgeous private suite near metro train station and Washington DC

This was a good location, close to metro DC and metro MD, plenty of close in-front unit street parking, spacious 2 beds /rooms (completely separate) with closets, loveseat etc, Unit is quiet, private. Responsive host. I booked for solo, will work if you have additional guest. also to note, I mistakenly violated a policy, host was understanding, respectful and non-harassing, moved right past it and didnt impact my stay. Plenty of towels and traveling items any traveler would need. Everything worked, including door codes on first attempt. I will start staying here in the future instead of hotels.

I thought I wouldn't like the "common area" set up. However I never ran into the other guest, not even in passing. I didn't hear them either. It really is a house, with 3 completely separate units. Unique set up. The common space is literally an entry to get to your door, Then uniquely your unit is so big, where the common area becomes forgettable. For anyone who has "doubts" about this feature. Its not bad at all, give it a try!

Locatia este situata la 30 minute de mers cu masina pana in centrul orasului Washington. Este curata, si dotata cu strictul necesar. O recomand celor care au masina proprie, deoarece magazinele si localurile cu mancare sunt la cativa kilometri distanta. Parcarea este gratis chiar in fata locatiei. Locul este linistit, nu am simtit nici un pericol.

Bucataria ar fi putut fi dotata cu mai multe ustensile.

The place was very clean and easy access to restaurants

The walls are very thin and the floors in the upstairs apartment squeaks when you walk

Two bedrooms. 15 minutes walk from train station. Quiet neighbourhood.

45 minutes of metro time to downtown. Small kitchen, not clean and with few utensils. Had to ask for a can opener. Ambient noise is very dependant on neighbours. It is an old house converted into apartments. To buy food the closest stores were Dollar Tree, Subway, a pizza take away and a couple of convenience stores. Maybe with your own vehicle, you’d be better off.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived came back a couple of hours later and all was ok Headroom was restricted due to sloping roof:ceiling Air con was too nosy at night
