I like the room but don’t like the service

The staff said no refund, it’s 300 rinngit. She said the room is dirty, but the room is not that dirty, a bit messy, we packed the rubbish with plastic well, so can clean everything in 15mins, but she easily said no refund and take all 300 ringgits. If there is rule like that, she should say earlier. I always lived in Netizens when I come to Malaysia, I got this staff 2 times, the first time also late deposit. She transfered it the next day after check out because I texted her. Now also like that. She said no refund, it’s 300 ringgit not 50 or 100. But she easily take all and the reason is cleaning fees. We already paid for cleaning fees before check in so that cleaning fees for what. Now take 300 ringgit, says it’s for cleaning, omg which cleaning charges 300 ringgits???

为什么不退deposit 你要押金我都马上付押金一般都是100块 你收我300我还提早退房然后你消息也不回我 是什么情况在不退换我要报警了
