Newly Refurbished Clarendon Apartments, Free WIFI, Parking

Location was great (general area a wee but run down as is most of central and south Blackpool) and did get a shock when arriving in area but apartment was great and ideal for family of 5. Public car park very close and cheap (arrived early so used car park for first day before moving into private parking at rear of house). Would recommend

Looks luxurious on pictures, but the quality was very poor. There were no cushions on the sofa, so we might as well have sat on the floor. None of the windows closed properly and did not have safety locks, so it felt very unsafe and not suitable for families. 32 stairs from front door to attic bedrooms, one set of drawer storage for 3 bedrooms, football club at the bottom of the street should be designated as the official seagull nesting site, with 24/7 noise. I could go on and on including a yellow pee stained mattress and a bathroom bug infestation and faeces stench, as well as a lovely kitchen view of a pan filled with frog legs and filth, but the list is endless. Would 100% not recommend it!

Very bad location of toilet, stairs are very steep. No parking on front very difficult to get code for key box.
