"Difficult experience"

We arrived late at night and unfortunately had a very difficult experience. The hotel is located in narrow alleyways where cars cannot access directly, so we had to walk through crowded streets with people sleeping on the ground and pass areas that felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. The room itself was not clean. Towels and bed linen appeared dirty, and there was visible mold in the bathroom, which could also be smelled in the bedroom. Due to these conditions, we decided to leave after one night and move to another hotel.
