Prachtig hotel, mooie kamer, super

Life muziek in avond zorgde beetje voor overlast omdat geluid doorklonk. Dan sloeg om 5 uur in ochten aggregrator aan. Jammer, te veel lawaai voor welke kamer dan ook. Heb desalniettemin genoten van prachtige hotel en aardige personeel

Beautiful building with a great ambiance. Fantastic restaurant and the view from the roof is unbelievable. The hotel is a peaceful oasis in the middle of lively Chandni Chowk.

Room was a bit basic.

-Excellent location in the old city (though preserved from outside noise). -Beautiful building. -Excellent breakfast. -Nice staff.

-Hotel then to be noisy at times due to ambient music or spectacles. This is a nuisance. -Direction said they would upgrade me but... the upgrade never came. This is unprofessional. -Stayed many days with them and, on the last day, staff showed up at noon to check on me checking out. Not courteous. -Over-priced compared to other high end hotels. They make you pay an excessive premium for the location and/or havely type I think. -Balcony railing is too small - this is to the point of being dangerous. And/or if you have vertigo, you should avoid this place.

Schön renoviertes Haveli mitten in der Altstadt von Delhi. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, das Abendessen war sehr gut. Aufgrund der engen Gassen in der Altstadt ist das Hotel nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Gepäck wird vom Hotelpersonal transportiert.

Das Personal macht - teilweise zumindest - einen unpersönlichen Eindruck.
