Food and entertainment

No hot water in the room on arrival did not sort to next day no good.

They can't do enough for you they try to accommodate everyone's need Emma and the restaurant manager go above and beyond The entertainment is excellent Views of skyline perfect x

Nothing

The staff are very polite and welcoming, the entertainment was really good and the hotel room was very clean. There was free parking, which was also nice. The hotel is in a good location, with a short walk to the beach. Even though the hotel is near a main road, you can't hear any outside noise.

The beds could have been a little softer.

The entertainment exceptional, absolutely brilliant Hotel room, facilities, above and beyond, best hotel ever Steve Laister brilliant singer, comedian, entertainer Can't wait to go back

Location and parking arrangements

The staff was very helpful and friendly The only thing that I personally did not like was when when one of your guests was in the restaurant with her dog in a pram When we was having our meals

I couldn’t think what could be made better whatever we did whatever we was doing. It was all sufficient and very good. We have a very good four days there well worth the money and I probably would go again.

Location food entertainment

Stingy with milk in the room for tea, only allowed 4 cartons of milk at a time, so we went out and purchased our own milk. Bad first impression of the hotel
