The Florence at McKinley Hill

Location, value for money, amenities, cleanliness and great communication.

Toilet seat wasn't secured to the floor so we got a bit of a scare when it tilted to the side. Bed was stiff but that's just a personal preference.

The tower and the area is one of the best location. Its ao clean and close the Venice Mall. You can take a grab and go anywhere around for 400 pezos.

Just bed. Bed its not good if you have some back problems and eapacially if you use a soft bed.

Apartment is in excellent condition, designed aesthetically well, bed was perfectly firm, fresh and the kitchen is well-equipped. For a couple or two people, it is comfortable. Location is great, with a small supermarket across the road, a drug store on the corner and a breakfast place up the road. The Venice Grand Mall is less than a 10 minute walk and safe. Lots of restaurants along the main road and in the mall. Concierge staff were very helpful, friendly and available 24/7. Strict security ensures that no person loiters in the area or enters the residence. Very quiet surroundings.

The weather may be hot and humid. The air-conditioning works perfectly.
