Stunning 2 bedroom Guesthouse

Perfect location for us, very very clean and tidy. Everything we needed. We also loved the horse seeking attention each time we went outside

Was lovely and new and very private with good facilities. Very handy to Cambridge, cycling track etc and lovely to sit on back patio in the evening.

The only thing which would have made it better is darker blinds/curtains in the room. It was very light from 630 every morning.

The guest house is beautiful, very modern with all the facilities provided. We were given access to the family pool which was very much appreciated, the family were very welcoming. The shower was excellent, the beds were so comfortable you will not be disappointed and it’s a peaceful environment and location. All of the appliances work - washing machine, oven, iron etc and clothes dried easily in the glass house. Air conditioner was a must with the Waikato summer.

Tidy up of the yard because as you drive in all the equipment (scissor lift) and broken tiles sort off makes you think things aren’t right.

Plenty of room, inside and out for us to stay comfortably. Location, likewise was fine for our purposes - we were attending events in Hamilton and Cambridge., There isn't anything in walking distance but nothing is too far by car.

Beautiful Clean light cottage. Fabulous shower and great bed. Very peaceful.
