Stunning 2 bedroom Guesthouse

Door code made arrival easy and no keys to lose. Lots of space, quiet location, great bathroom, easy parking, wifi, good outdoor area. Easy to dry washing in glasshouse.

Would be helpful to have mirrors in bedrooms, scissors and maybe a few more mugs in kitchen.

Beautiful place and stay

A few things that I've come to expect when traveling in accommodation were missing from this lovely place. Eg. Face cloths, shampoo and conditioner hairdryer and a box of tissues is always handy. This is intended as a suggestion not a criticism as some people it wouldn't matter.

Beautiful peaceful location, lovely guesthouse and hosts. Very much enjoyed our stay. Definitely need a car to get here.

Near to Hobbiton. The home was wonderfully decorated with good spaces for our bags and clothes. Appreciated the information sheet that gave us ideas of where we could eat. Nice outdoor space in the back to have a meal, and enjoy the view of the woods. Loved seeing the horse! it was also nice to have access to the pool if we wanted. The hosts were kind and thoughtful.

Great location for us between Hamilton and Cambridge. Liked the rural setting. Thought it was good value given it was a 2 bed cottage with full kitchen/laundry/dining/lounge for what we had been paying for a hotel room elsewhere. Nice and modern. Hosts were friendly. Some lovely cafes and short drive away.

Lacking a wee bit of separation from hosts own home and driveway area. Had to have some blinds down for privacy. Would have improved our experience to have some of the little touches like milk in fridge and appliances switched on for our arrival. Also there is no shampoo/conditioner/body wash or hairdryer so you will need to bring these with you.
