Cosy hideaway in leafy Lytham

Lovely modern, yet charming house in well maintained grounds, lovely little woodlands walk with seating. Close to Lytham Hall estate, although adjoining track had a locked gate.

Lack of coat hooks - not a problem, just something that could be added.

Beautiful property in a quiet location but still very convenient to get to local facilities and Lytham centre. Great to have the use of a garden with nice furniture and private outlook.

The decor and furniture were lovely but a larger sofa would have been ideal.

Outdoor seating and table was lovely on a sunny day. Close to Lytham hall with a nice walk through woodland. Plenty of hot water and good heating system. Flexible check out was very helpful on the day we left. Staff doing the checkout were friendly and helpful. Welcome pack was lovely. Included bottles of water, bread, butter and milk which was most helpful.

It would have been helpful to have a washing machine to do laundry. The host kindly offered to do a load in an emergency, which we didn't take up. There is a kerb in the drive which is hard to see if not careful. I couldn't cast to the TV from my own devices, it wasn't clear what the issue was. Small issue though. There were some feather pillows which we isolated in the airing cupboard to avoid sneezing. There were enough anti allergy bedding,cso not a major problem.

This is our third visit to the house so you may gather we love it. Pauline and Karen are excellent hosts attention to detail is excellent. We were allowed an early and late check out. From walking through the door on a cold day the house was lovely and warm, the gift basket of goodies is so welcoming. Karen showed us around the other properties on sight we were so impressed we have booked Homefarm Cottage for a family get together for my husbands 70th in March

A truly beautiful house, within a lovely working farm. Lovely staff and a thoughtful welcome basket. Only a short drive to Lytham centre.

There was nothing to dislike here. One of the best properties I've booked yet!
