Beautiful property. Immaculately clean . Cannot think of a negative comment to make. Welcome pack was great, especially the Prosecco!! Pauline the host was very kind and pleasant.

No oven! But problem solved immediately by the kindness of Pauline who warmed our pie in her own oven!

"A stunning property in relaxing surroundings."

A stunning property on the outskirts of gorgeous Lytham. A lovely, short walk into town. It’s a working farm and stables so just normal farm noises but all in all it’s very peaceful. Well equipped kitchen and thoughtful goodies left. Lovely host.

"Rural luxury in peaceful surroundings"

Rural luxury accommodation in beautiful, peaceful surroundings close to Lytham Hall. Housekeeper Karen was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the welcome basket and all the thoughtful touches. The woodland walkway was also lovely. 100% recommended!

"Stunning house in beautiful surroundings"

From making the booking the communication with Pauline was excellent. We arrived at the house early and met the house keeper who gave us information about the area and pulled out all the stops to allow us to check in early. The house was spotless, decor has been done to a high standard the welcome pack was much appreciated especially the bottle of Prosecco.The surroundings are stunning and just a 20 minute walk straight into the square at Lytham. The whole experience far surpassed our expectations we will definitely be returning.

"Perfect from start to finish"

Beautiful house in a stunning location. I would 100% recommend staying here. The pictures do not do this property justice. Our hosts Tom and Pauline were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be coming back.

A really well presented cottage in a beautiful location.

The only things I couldn’t find during my stay were a couple of bin bags to tidy away my cans, bottles and boxes before leaving and a plug for the kitchen sink. Neither that important but just thought I’d mention it.

"Peaceful location, beautiful house"

Lovely location! The house is beautiful, beds are comfy, there isn’t anything we could fault! Outdoor space is lovely. It’s not too far from lytham, we parked on the main road just outside the entrance to home farm and walked to lytham it was 0.9 miles. We would like to return in the future!
