"Ideal location for what we wanted."

Modern property very spacious.

Not that we didn’t like but the heat in the bedroom was a bit hot without heating but the weather had been warm.

"Great location, comfortable apartment."

Excellent location right on the Royal Mile. A very modern apartment.

We did use the kitchen, but the light over the stove was not working. Steps from entrance near bathroom leading to main area were a bit difficult to see, especially at night.

Thought apartment was on ground floor with no stairs. Should have a hand rail on the steps from foyer to main living area. Could use more lighting in the kitchen area.

The location was amazing and the space was great.

It was pretty dusty in places. The shower did not have much pressure a d was strange to operate. Shame it didn’t have a carpark.

Only the location.

There were multiple factors that made our stay uncomfortable, as outlined below: 1. The check-in time was very late (3:30 PM). Despite this inconvenient timing, the owner asked us before we had even checked in whether we could check out at 9:00 AM. This was a very disappointing request to make to paying guests. 2. The check-out time of 10:00 AM is also unusually early and well below the standard timing offered by most hotels and accommodations worldwide. 3. The lights at the entrance and in the corridor were not working. 4. The bed mattress was of very poor quality. I woke up with back pain each morning. 5. The room heater took an extremely long time to warm up the room—almost 7 hours for a room of approximately 3m x 3m. 6. The walls were dirty and clearly need repainting. 7. Only small towels were provided. 8. The couch in the living room was also uncomfortable. 9. The owner repeatedly pressured us to leave earlier because another guest had paid extra money. This was both inappropriate and annoying, and it negatively affected our overall experience. Overall, the property requires significant improvements in both facilities and customer service.

The location . The staff reception , and clean faculties although freezer needs to be defrosted.

The noise the noise the noise from construction that was very loud until later on evening ie 9:30-10:00pm
