Everything was exceptional. Gorgeous decor, lovely remote location, comfortable rooms, and the house felt like home.

Everything was stunning. House, rooms, seaview, location. Attention to details is almost unbelievable for a house for rent. It is an old church with a unique atmosphere.

The house and location were wonderful, we stayed here for several days and enjoyed both the house and exploring the island. The interior was very comfortable and spacious for our needs and the exterior was beautiful and included an herb garden for us to use for our cooking. The area was quiet with beautiful views in all directions. We also had a small number of questions and requests of the owner, Grace, who was very responsive, helpful, and very easy to work with.

Absolutely unique experience! To stay in a renovated old church is definitely not an experience you get to have every day. The cottage is located in a very quiet little village with beautiful views of the sea. You feel like you have your own private little corner on Skye which is amazing considering how busy the Isle can be with tourists and visitors. The whole premises is newly renovated and has the most amazing eclectic vibe. The beds were so comfortable that it was difficult to wake up and get out of bed each morning. For our 2 couple trip, it was also great that we had two separate bathrooms for each of us so it offered privacy and comfort even though we shared the same space together. Our host Grace was also absolutely fantastic! Not only did she help us organize a unique experience to meet, feed and pet some local Highland Cows, but she also kept in touch to give us recommendations for things to see and places to go on the Isle. Overall, I can't say enough about how magical our stay was. Our only regret: not being able to stay longer. We would 100% return here!!
