FabHotel Orange Suites - Nr Mumbai International Airport

The staff were kind and nice. Eventhough some of them couldn't speak English they helped me. And we managed to communicate. They are very knowledge able about Internet and phones, scanning documents etc. It is close to the national airport, but it is quite far from international airport.

location was fine as it is near airport and metro line. beds were comfortable and sheets looked almost clean.

we didn't get room we reserved online. this one was real dump. it smelled awfully ( room smelled like a damp and toillet like a piss ) we could hardly breathe inside. there was no window. we got breakfast but didn't have faith in cleanless so we left it. before trip i got like a dozen messages to pay online- it's some kind of fraud, i think their account is hacked. staff hardly speaks english. maybe other rooms are better, idk.

This place is an absolute shit show. The front desk staff are extremely rude and incompetent. There was no toilet paper or towels when we arrived. Breakfast was not served the first night even though it's included. The hotel doesn't accept credit cards and the staff are extremely rude. The front desk manager was hitting employees in front of us and shouting at them. We got bit by mosquitos all night and the rooms are not soundproof. DO NOT STAY HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go somewhere else. This place shouldn't be in business.
