Staff was generally friendly, rooms are very cheap

There was a massive construction site right next to my window, that ran non stop, all night long. It was so loud that we couldn’t sleep the entire night. Had to check out after the first night and while the receptionist promised that we wouldn’t have to pay the booked second night, now they are refusing to refund me
