It was a very good Hotel. Extremely clean and comfortable accommodation with great food and customer service. Cooperative Staff, Good food, Good environment Spacious Room and Bathroom.

Rooms does not have balcony.

Too bad maintainence and smoking smell, nothing to like

Everything is bad , zero cleanliness and cigar smell everywhere, no clean bed sheets and dirty washroom

The front desk staff was very helpful and cordial. The rooms are not maintained well. They had not cleaned the room properly before we came and also there were many issues in the toilet, water not coming in some tap, leaking tap in another room etc. But once we complained they immediately took action and shifted us to another room. The cable/dish for the TV was connected, but that also got fixed the moment we complained. I had stayed here for a couple of days when I came admit my son in Mahindra University which is very close by. I am hoping to go there regularly whenever I meet my son. The place is a little secluded and need to go a little far atleast 3 Kms to get anything to eat. But as it is closer to the University I decided to stay here Overall it is a descent place, but they can defnitely improve a lot.

The toilet taps etc. should be properly checked and fixed before any guests occupy. The surrounding areas are very untidy and unmaintained.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The friendly staff and well-appointed rooms made it a memorable experience.

Location was near my activity area and the stay was uneventful after the initial check-in. The check-in experience was very poor. The hotel demanded more money than that of booking amount shown at the confirmation page. This was done at 11pm, and they refused check-in with the said price. They asked to cancel the booking and proceed to any other place if the demanded money not paid in advance. The booking amount was about 1200, but they demanded 1500 per room per night. Being at 11pm at night and with family, I had to oblige to their demand.

This hotel is under OYO and booked through booking.com. This problem was reported to booking.com and they referred it back to OYO. OYO didn't pay any attention to the issue. Even after providing them the bills and bank statement for the charges, the issue has not been addressed citing reasons that the money being paid nothing can't be done. Actually, OYO through booking.com is duping customers with a rate which is not obliged by the hotel. OYO thereafter refuses to accept the responsibility of their booking. The customer care of OYO is very difficult to reach. Booking.com customer care was friendly and tried to help, but couldn't do much citing language problems as an issue. Even booking.com referred the issue to OYO, OYO never cared to get in touch with me. Therefore doing some searching, it was found that this is a frequent happening in OYO hotels and OYO never cared about the issue.

My booking with this hotel includes break fast but they served us only 2(two) idlys, that too from road side, no toiletries were supplied to us and after argument soap was provided. Horrible experience, no drinking water, cost of water bottle is rs 50/-.
