They had requested me to pay Exrtra ammount post arrival as they are not accepting the rates.

The thing i liked was nothing, service staff behavior's every thing was bad

the staff behavior, didnt offer a water bottle, receptionist over charged me for the amount which was discounted online by booking .com, as i was late at night had no option, so i had to pay, the hotel didint provide the basic things like toweletc. also in my booking there was breakfast pre added but hotel denied as there was no kitchen service in the hotel very bad experience i faced

The room didnt have TV, no water serverd , it took 30 plus minutes for staff to get water from outside as there was no refrigerated water available that to on extra cost. the bathroom was okay but the commode was filthy. one has to be too careful too open the door knob twice the edges scratched my skin and even my son's.

As I reach the hotel, the reception person straightaway told that I cannot give you the room at the price you have booked through Booking.com. You have to pay more 500 rupees if you want a room here, we don't accept your booking at the less price which you have booked. Post our heated argument there I have filed a case against them at the local police station of fraudulent activities. I have wasted both my advance payment and precious time on this. I would not recommended anyone to book this hotel.
