Apart from the location, there was nothing good about this property

The bed and bath linen was dirty, rooms extremely small, staff very complacent. Towels provided were wet!

The stay was really bad with lil to no facilities.. There wasn't even proper heating for a cold city.. And when asked for it,they said they're sorry they can't do anything about it. The actual hotel is completely different feom the picture portrayed. Very bad,i recommended not to book.. The lavatory is really bad,nothing works,atleast well.

Did not like anything about the stay.

The rooms are tiny. The cleanliness was not up to the mark. The toilet seat was not clean, the toilet bowl was not clean, there was water spilled on the bathroom counter top. The soap was left used. The toilet roll was almost empty. The person who carried our bags felt very creepy and insisted on coming into the room to drop the bags. He also kept eyeing my wife, which made her very uncomfortable. The noise from outside was traveling into the room, and the rooms were right next to the lift, which was equally noisy on every door open and close on floors above and below. The location was also not the best, may be good for solo male travelers, but I would not recommend it for women or families as such. We packed our bags and decided not to stay here, the hotel refused to give us all our money back, so we took 50% after arguing for over an hour and went ahead to a better property found through booking.com itself. Booking.com was of no help to retrieve our money back. It is a loss for us, but we are safe and that is what matters.

Good supportive staff. Helpful receptionist and bell boy.

Flush had leakage. Room service very slow.
