Comfortable beds, good aircon and access to the pool. Lobby and lift area very well presented. The staff were helpful and responded quickly to all messages.

The corridor was jaded. Some rooms were being renovated and some were boarded over. The bathroom fan was so noisy, like an aircraft engine. The local area was not so appealing.

The location was great. Next to the Suites building, there were many good cheap restaurants, stores, laundry places and other services you might need. 2 big shopping centers just around the corner. Main tourist attractions in walkable distance. The area felt safe even at night time. There is a really nice swimming pool on the rooftop and a small basic gym on the 3rd floor. No cleanliness issues. AC worked well. AC wasn't the most silent but not unbearably noisy. Communicating with the host was easy. It is a hotel where some of the rooms and suites are private AirBnB style accommodations without daily house service (like this one).

Few minor faults: The TV didn't show any normal tv channels properly and the Android TV in it was outdated. Many apps just said "the system you are operating is outdated and does not support the app anymore". Or something like that when trying to use it. I thought there was a kitchen, but there was only a mini fridge, microwave and kettle. No stove. The bathroom had a common problem for Southeast Asia. It did not dry very well and because of that there were starting marks of moisture issues. Not bad, but it is going to need at least some deep cleaning soon before it gets smelly. The room wasn't soundproof, but thankfully there weren't any noisy neighbors. Overall I think these are only minor faults and it was great for the price.

Great location. Nice view from the room. Roof top pool was nice to chill, get away from the heat thanks to being a bit windy. Plenty of options to get food just near by.

Sometimes you had to wait for a long time for elevators, which is of course not no ones fault but take it into consideration if you need to be somewhere at precise time.
