"Good size base for MCR venues."

We were a group of friends attending a concert in the city. The house is within walking distance of the "Curry mile" , local shops & bus routes. The house itself has nice big airy rooms and a well equipped kitchen. Our bed was warm and comfortable. There was plenty of space for parking in the street. The water pressure in the shower was a little low and as a group it would have been useful to have more than one key but that's only a really minor thing. Overall a good place to stay.
