Garden Level 1BR condo, Central Luxury Suite

Upon entering the property, the entire condo smelled like 30 year old smoke. Like it was in the walls and the floor. The kitchen was nicely updated, but very bare. The sitting area was ok, couches did not seem very clean. The bedroom floor was dirty, which we could have looked past, but upon pulling the comforters down to inspect the sheets, there was hair on the sheets. There was some soret of substance smeared on all the walls as well. Next was the bathroom, the sink would not drain unless you held the stopper up. The shower was less than desirable with a popcorn ceiling that was cracked and gave the appearance of collapsing at any minute. We the owner was informed of the smell, he advised we turn on the air conditioner for better air quality. The air conditioner was already on when we entered the property.

It was nice to use the code to get in and not have to pick up keys from anywhere.

There were no wash cloths. Also, it seems as if there should have been a couple of blankets for the pull out couches being that it is advertised for being able to sleep extra with the pull out couches.

Great location, really clean, perfect space for a traveling couple. Cute patio furniture out back with lights.

Turning into the complex, the pavement is uneven & has a lot of pot holes depending on which side you’re going on. So just make sure you’re going slow in the parking lot. My only complaint though.

Clean, well located. Accessible to arrive. The owner left us a bottle of wine as a gift. Tks !!!

It was almost impossible to rest, the upstairs neighbors were super noisy all the time. Very late at night and during the day. In the house, although it was very clean, things are missing such as coffee fees, it only has one. The plates and glasses are made of plastic and There was no set of sheets on the armchair and we had to improvise with those of the other two beds.

When we enter the unit was smelling fresh and some Jazz playing on the tv.. The host sent us the code / other information that we needed promptly and we shall soon visit soon!!

A great place to stay. It was a perfect size and great location for us. We got there before the cleaner but it was still quite clean. It was clean, quiet and safe. We loved it.

The water pressure was not that great and the WiFi was really slow will not stay here again

Clean and comfortable with a excellent central location for all things Wilmington.
