Lovely place and great communication with host. I’ll stay here again if it’s available.

I found no faults.

The owner was a good communicator and very responsive. The apartment was spacious and beds reasonably comfortable. Price was modest. There were a number of shops and food outlets very nearby.

We were surprised by the very limited kitchen supplies and utensils. In particular there were only plastic tumblers, bowls and plates, plus one ceramic mug for hot drinks. No glassware. No toaster. No kettle. No serving or mixing bowls- our salad had to be mixed in a saucepan (after it had been used to heat water for a hot drink). Floor needed a good cleaning when we arrived which after contacting the owner was done the next day. Also missing were a tea towel and hand towel, which again after contacting the owner we were supplied with. Lighting was dim in the bedroom. Attention to cleaning and the provision of some additional kitchen supplies would very much enhance this property.

It’s very clean. When you first enter there’s welcoming gifts and a card for you to make it more personal. The owner is a very nice man, who wants to make sure your stay is welcoming and comfortable. He will assist you in anyway necessary. The location is great. You’re truly not far from anywhere. The people around you are nice and keep to themselves. The beds are a little hard for my preference, but that’s just my opinion. Everyone is different when it comes to that. Would I be a repeat guest there? The answer is yes! The price for it is absolutely wonderful. You truly can’t find a place anywhere else like this. I’m happy that the owner has decided to share this place with the public. I travel for work a lot and the next time I have to come to Wilmington I’m hoping it will be available. Trust me when I say if you’re looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay this is it!

The beds were hard for me, but again that’s only my opinion for how I like my bed to be. It might would be a good idea to have 2 different types of beds in the room 🙂🙂. Again just my opinion

Everything was very nice.

Need a lamp in bedroom. The tv in the living room kept saying "no connection".

Affordable, clean, convenient, available staff to address any issues. Traveled with pets and everyone was comfortable. Thank you!
