Awesome Value, Great Location

The place was great, good access to restaurants, stores, perfect view, supermarket literally downstairs, although it's a little bit expensive at some goods, but I guess it's because it's imported stuff. Overall experience was great, stuggled a little with the key door but got great support from the host and her brother I believe it was who's helping with running it from what i understood. For some reason we struggled with warm water in the shower aswell as our TV being very slow and laggy but as soon as we texted our host they came directly in the afternoon the next day(it was late when we texted) Great value for what you get in makati. I'm more than certain that next year I'll be getting the same place again! :)

There's really nothing not to like. I guess if I had to be picky there's some remains of some sort of paste that is supposed to stop anything from leaking on a pipe in the shower but that's really nothing worth complaining on. It's a great place, I recommend both the host and the place

Really loved the apartment. very modern and clean. kitchen fully equipped for our needs, market just down the building. restaurants nearby. Chrisper was our contact guy and did excellent job answering our questions and demands! would love to come back again.

the pool costs extra money to use.

The apartment is in a good area with great amenities. The apartment has everything you need and a shop on the ground floor. Huge flatscreen smart television with Netflix and many other channels. A nice breakfast bar for two if you’re cooking in or having a takeaway. Excellent air-con which is a must this time of year. Very comfortable bed with a good size wardrobe and a little safe for valuables. Bathroom has a powerful rainforest shower. Wifi is extremely fast all the time. There really are plenty of little touches that make it so homely. Great swimming pool and gym to burn off some unwanted calories if that your thing. Underground parking are also free at the complex Krystel’s is an amazing host with a heart of gold. If your coming to Manila then this is definitely the place to stay.

The owner krystal was very friendly and respond immediately for all my queries. I recommend this place for official works or tourism. Very good view at night especially. I enjoyed my 4 nights pleasantly. Ground floor have the mall, so no issues to purchase and for dining. Especially the currency exchange. I love it.

I am grateful that I was welcomed by the most accommodating, cheerful and loveable owner herself, Ms. Krystel. I enjoyed our small talks and never felt that I am a stranger. She is very quick to reply not only to inquiries but also creating the connection even after my stay in the unit. I had an awesome and the best relaxing experience staying for two days in her place. Everything is organized, functional, very clean, neat and most importantly located at the heart of the business district. Highly recommended for NCLEX takers, just a walking distance to the exam site; or for business or leisure purposes. :)
