GBPHClean, simple, and elegant! All the essentials you will ever need for a staycation are provided by the owner. I stayed here with my partner because we attended a concert in Paranaque. We ended up staying a couple of nights because the location of this property is perfect, and I say perfect as it is just a stone's throw away from RCBC plaza in Ayala. There's also a mini mall with a couple of restaurants and a grocery store on the ground floor. The neighboring building (The Rise) also has a mini mall with tons of restaurants so you really don't have to go far to eat. Convenience stores are also located nearby. Both me and my partner brought our laptops since we are both work from home employees. The WiFi connection is fast and stable, enough for us to have a couple of files downloading in the background while watching Netflix through the TV (totally included in your stay by the way) while convincing ourselves we were just taking a short break. Moreover, the owner is kind and VERY RESPONSIVE to our inquiries. She literally replies within 5-10 minutes. Our check in/out was contactless so that added to the overall homey experience (because we really felt like we owned a condo unit even for just a couple of days). The cherry on top was the view of the Makati skyline in the bedroom and the little instant coffee packs with creamer and brown sugar because it keeps me up when I need to work late. Overall, will really consider staying here again if we need to stay a couple of nights in Makati or any nearby areas.
Provided chairs are just a little bit high so maybe just add one or two chairs with adjustable height for people who need to use their laptops/devices on the table.
