London Haven at Rutland House

Die Betten waren sehr bequem, Vermieter war gut und schnell zu erreichen, Hunde erlaubt und kosten nicht extra.

Auf den ersten Blick sah das Zimmer gut aus (Einrichtung). Doch als ich dann einmal sockig durch das Zimmer gelaufen bin, um alles anzuschauen, klebten meine Socken am Boden und waren komplett schwarz (sie waren zuvor weiß). Auch im Bad hing ein schon benutztes, dreckiges Handtuch und alle Küchenutensilien und Schubladen waren schmutzig. Es gab wohl Probleme mit den vorherigen Gästen, jedoch entbindet das nicht von der Pflicht, vor dem Ankommen der nächsten Gästen das Zimmer zu putzen und nass zu wischen. Denn die nachfolgenden Gäste können nichts dafür. Wir konnten uns leider nicht wohlfühlen.   Weitere Kritikpunkte: Um das Fenster über dem Bett sowie im Bad war Schimmel an der Wand. In den Fotos, der Beschreibung und auch in den Gästebewertungen ist zudem von einem Willkommenskorb/Snackbar die Rede. Dies gab es bei uns leider auch nicht. Auf unsere Nachfrage hierzu, antwortete uns der Vermieter, er frage bei der Putzkraft nach. Wir erhielten dann im Nachgang aber keinerlei Infos mehr. Generell sollte man die Gegend vorher googeln, ob man in Ilford wohnen möchte. Das war unser eigener Fehler, dass wir uns vorher nicht informiert hatten, was das für ein Stadtteil ist: laut, viel Müll, kaum Einheimische.

Entrance was a bit narrow and the door lock for the studio was a bit fidly

Privacy and security as the gate was able to be locked. Clean and comfortable and the smokers loved being able to walk straight out the door into the garden.

Lights in the lamps didn't work. Tried to use the hob turned on but couldn't get the elements to turn on, looked for a manual and there was a manual for everything but the hob.

It's really spacious. Very clean Nice and quiet. A lovely welcome basket.

No issues

The location was easy to find and there was off-street parking, My pets were welcomed and there is a private secure garden. the photos were absolutely accurate. Cleanliness superb. The bed was so comfortable, I slept really well,

I really wish there had been instructions on how to operate the heating system. I couldn't seem to get the heated towel rail to work. You must bear in mind that I am an OAP!

The place was exceptionally clean from entrance, bathroom, kitchen and sleeping area. Also it's close to the main road and easy to find or be found by uber. The owner also provided some snacks, even though we didn't make use, it was so thoughtful. The heating was perfect, heated floors too, good lighting and dust free. There is everything you need to feel comfortable. Will come again and again.

I like everything pretty much. We had a bit of struggle opening and closing the doors but everything was fine. It feels very safe as well.
